Here's a list of the cravings I've experienced/am experiencing so far:
1. V-8 juice ~ Week 5 (last two days)
2. Frosted Mini-Wheats ~ Week 4-5
3. Guacamole ~ Week 6-8
4. Red Beans and Rice ~ Week 10 (lasted one day)
5. Pickles ~ Week 10-current
6. Cheddar Cheese Goldfish ~ Week 10-current
7. Sour Jelly Beans (or any other sour candy) ~ Week 10-current
8. Smoothies w/ a pineapple base ~ Week 8-current
Current aversions:
1. Sprite
2. Ginger Ale
3. Sweets (never thought I'd say this.....)
4. Cereal (because of the milk ~ I used to love soy milk)
5. Anything greasy or too buttery (gross!)
